Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment:

  • To lock in your date, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required.

  • The remaining balance is due four weeks before your big day.

  • Need flexibility? I offer a 0% interest monthly payment plan to make things easier.

Cancellation & Amendments Policy:

  • Changes to the agreed package or music choice should be made in writing.

Weddings are frequently booked well in advance, and sometimes 2-3 years in advance of the event.  If a booking is confirmed other brides are then denied the opportunity to book that particular date as it has been reserved for the original bride.  It is therefore difficult to obtain an alternative booking if, for any reason, a reduction or cancellation is requested to the contract.

  • Increasing the agreed wedding package, should be entirely possible given sufficient notice.

Reducing or cancelling the agreed wedding package will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Changes requested more than 12 months before the event date: The deposit remains non-refundable to cover time and expense.

  • Changes requested between 12 and 6 months before the event date: 75% of the total booking fee is due.

  • Changes requested within 6 months before the event date: 100% of the total booking fee is due.

Music Selection:

  • While I strive to accommodate all music requests, some may not be possible due to availability of sheet music or suitability for the violin. We will discuss alternatives if needed.

Travel and Accommodation:

  • I love traveling for events! Just a heads-up, travel fees might apply for faraway locations, and accommodation might be needed for really distant ones.

Performance Requirements:

  • I’ll arrive about two hours early to get everything set up just right.

  • Don’t worry, I come prepared with two PA systems, three violins, and all the extras to ensure a flawless performance.

Weather Contingencies:

  • Outdoor event? Let’s have a backup plan in case Mother Nature throws a curveball.

Liability:

  • I’m committed to being there for your big day. I’ve got backup plans in place for any surprises life might throw at us.

Communication:

  • Let’s keep in touch via text or WhatsApp to make sure nothing gets missed.

By booking with me, you're agreeing to these friendly terms. I’m here to make your day as magical and stress-free as possible!

Booking Process

Step 1: Explore Your Options

After receiving this PDF with all the packages and information, take your time to explore the options. When you're ready, book a call through Calendly for us to chat about everything over the phone. This is a great opportunity to discuss your vision and any initial questions you might have.

Step 2: Receive Your Quote

After our call, I'll send you a detailed quote where you can choose the packages that best fit your needs.

Step 3: Secure Your Date

To secure your date, a 25% deposit is required. The final balance is due four weeks before your big day. If you prefer, we can arrange a 0% interest monthly payment plan to make things easier.

Step 4: Stay Connected

We’ll keep in touch leading up to your wedding. The best way to reach me is through WhatsApp or text message—avoiding social media ensures your messages don’t get lost.

Step 5: Studio Appointment

In January of your wedding year, I’ll email you to book your studio appointment and send the "How to Choose Your Music" guide to help you prepare. You can schedule your appointment via the Calendly link I provide. If you’d like, I can reserve a table at The Pantry 8020 in Misterton for you to enjoy some food and chat before coming over.

Step 6: Curate Your Music

During your studio visit, we’ll enjoy drinks and catch up before diving into the details—like your colour scheme, the vibe you want to create, and the list of songs you’ve brought as a starting point. My violin will be set up so we can play through songs live, allowing you to hear them in real time. We can explore other options and additions, and I’m here to offer solutions to any wedding planning challenges, along with inspiration and tips to make your day truly stand out.

Step 7: Final Preparations

Two weeks before your wedding, you’ll receive a reminder email about the final payment. I’ll also give you a call the week before to run through everything again, ensuring all is set for your big day.

Step 8: Celebrate Your Day

Finally, it’s time for your special day. I’ll be there to bring your musical vision to life, adding a magical touch to your celebration.
